What is Rowmark Lasergloss?

Rowmark Lasergloss is a UV-stable, weatherable laser engraving material designed to perform in high-traffic and outdoor environments while maintaining a polished, gloss appearance.

It’s available in six colour combinations, covering key signage needs, including safety and compliance tags.

Technical Specifications

Rowmark Lasergloss has a thicker surface cap than standard engraving plastics:

• Lasermax cap depth: 0.08mm
• Lasergloss cap depth: 0.13mm

This added depth makes it more durable, but it may require two passes on lower-powered systems.

Suggested Starting Settings (Based on a 60W Epilog)

• Raster engraving: Speed 70 / Power 35
• Vector cutting: Speed 15 / Power 25

Engraving Tip: Use Bottom-Up Engraving

To maintain the gloss finish, consider bottom-up engraving. This technique prevents debris from falling onto freshly engraved areas, reducing residue and improving post-processing.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Rowmark recommends using warm water and a mild detergent to clean Lasergloss. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the surface and colour contrast.
