As the company she was with began to change direction, Zoe saw an opportunity with CSI that aligned more closely with her aspirations and expertise. CSI Manufacturing recognised her talent and created a sales role specifically for her, enabling her to work from home and bring her substantial knowledge and customer base to the team.

Zoe's specialisation in the industry is particularly focused on metals, engraving brass, laminates, and custom-sized cuts. This niche reflects her deep understanding of materials and her ability to cater to specific customer needs, a skill honed over two decades of experience in sales within this sector.
